The conference aimed create a discussion space in order to facilitate the achievment of an exchange of views between Romanian researchers, as well as to present a retrospective image of how CNCSIS has manage, during the 15 years of operation, to answer to the needs of the Romanian scientific community. A special session during the conference was dedicated to the presentation of the project "Improving University Management" and its implementation stage.
